Game Schedules

Daily game schedules depend on our volunteer gamemasters, including you. Once the initial schedules are completed they will be posted here.

Gamemaster Information

If you're interested in running games at BWXVIII, please email the game coordinator the following information:
  • Your name, your group's name and web page (if applicable), and your contact info
  • Information about any game(s) you will run (ie, title of game, minimum/maximum number of players, rules used, brief description of game/scenario)
  • Any special rules or limitations (such as age limits, experienced players only, etc)
  • Approximate running time and space needed
Tables are typically 5'x8', but other sizes can be accomodated; if you need a larger or oddly-shaped table, ask the game coordinator and we'll see what we can do. Game Masters will receive reduced membership rates; please check the General Info page for details.

Painting Competition

A miniature painting competition will be held on Saturday, in two categories. Details are posted here.

Tournament Schedules

Tournament schedules will be posted once the details have been finalized.
